HOW THE PLAYERS CLUB WORKS
Once enrolled, you will receive your very own personally encoded Pinnacle Players Club card. The Players Club card gives you exclusive access to rewards and benefits. Present your card to any mutuel teller, or into the self-service wagering machine each time you wager at Pinnacle to earn points redeemable for great prizes and rewards. Whether you are wagering on live racing at Pinnacle or simulcast, every dollar spent contributes points toward your reward level.

PINNACLE CLUB MEMBERS ARE ELIGIBLE FOR
Earn points every time you wager at Pinnacle! Pinnacle Rewards program works for you every time you wager. Simply swipe your card before every wager with mutuels or at the self-service wagering machines. Points acquired will be available for redemption of rewards on the next business day. Points are appointed to your account and contribute to your point total, which is redeemable for prizes. Point Structure: Earn up to 3 points for every dollar wagered!
• One Point is earned for every dollar wagered at Pinnacle – Live Races or Simulcast. Additional Bonus Points
• 1 bonus point is earned with every dollar wagered at self-service wagering machines.
• 1 bonus point earned for every dollar wagered on a live Pinnacle race. Maximize Your Rewards!
• Wager on a live Pinnacle race at a self-service wagering machine and earn 3 points for every dollar you spend. Point structure will be adjusted during the simulcast only season at Pinnacle.
REDEEM POINTS FOR REWARDS
Once members reach a certain level of points, rewards will begin:
• Complimentary Pinnacle or simulcast programs.
• Pinnacle Merchandise.
• Reserved complimentary betting carrel for a week.
• Dinner for two or four at a reserved table with personal wagering.
• Wagering Certificates. As the points increase, so do your rewards!
• Special email blasts and newsletter mailings with rebates, notification of luncheon specials, industry updates, rewards, and special point days.

PINNACLE PLAYERS CLUB RULES
• Participants must be of 18 years or older to wager.
• Limit one card per person, exclusive to member.
• Points acquired or redeemed by persons other than ard holder will result in card privileges being revoked.
• Abuse of card and rewards structure will result in cancellation of membership.
• Pinnacle Players Club points and benefits are non-transferrable.
• Pinnacle Race Course reserves the right to limit the number of points or prizes a member may accumulatein one calendar year as well as the right to modify or cancel this program at anytime.
• Points redeemable for items available at time of redemption only.
• Members points will expire following12 consecutive months of inactivity.
• Pinnacle Players Club benefits cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers, promotions or discounts.
• Employees of Pinnacle Race Course and affiliated organizations or vendors are not eligible for membership.
• Pinnacle Players Club is not responsible for the misuse of lost or stolen cards. Lost or stolen cards should be reported to Pinnacle Race Course immediately.
• Members subject to a five dollar charge for reprint or replacement of card.
